rm9 Terms & Conditions and Agreements

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") form a legally binding contract between rm9 (site address: rm9.im) and any person who uses this platform and all services on it. By accessing the site, opening an account, or using any service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms in this Agreement. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

rm9 always puts players' interests and platform transparency first. These terms are set out to protect recreational players and to maintain a fair gaming environment.

Age Requirements and Account Registration

1.1 Age Restriction

rm9 is strictly for players aged 21 and above. No person under 21 is permitted to use these services. rm9 reserves the right to verify your age at registration or at any time thereafter. If an age violation is found, the account will be suspended immediately and any remaining balance may be frozen.

1.2 Account Registration

When registering an account, players must meet the following requirements—

• Accurate personal information — including full name, date of birth, and contact details — must be provided.
• Each person is allowed to open only one personal account. Duplicate accounts opened by the same person will be closed immediately.
• Opening an account in a third party's name or allowing a third party to use the account is strictly prohibited.
• If any of the information provided changes, rm9 customer service must be notified immediately.

1.3 Account Security

Players are responsible for keeping their account login credentials (username and password) secure. If you suspect that someone else has accessed your account without permission, contact rm9 customer service immediately. rm9 is not responsible for any losses that occur if this is not reported.

Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

2.1 Deposits

Deposit methods available at rm9 are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and Bank Transfer. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Players must use a payment method registered in their own name. Third-party deposits are not allowed.

All deposits must comply with rm9's anti-money laundering (AML) process. Depositing funds obtained through illegal means or money laundering is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 10,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally completed within 5–30 minutes. However, processing may take longer when a financial verification check is required.

• Withdrawal requests must be made using the same method that was used to deposit.
• rm9 may request identity verification before processing a withdrawal.
• If the wagering requirement for bonus funds has not yet been met, those funds cannot be withdrawn (see Section 3).
• rm9 has the right to block and investigate deposits that appear suspicious or withdrawal requests suspected of fraud.

2.3 Currency

All amounts on this platform are displayed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). Players should note that exchange rates or fees from KBZPay, Wave Money, or AYA Pay may apply when using those methods, and rm9 is not responsible for such charges.

Bonus and Promotion Terms

3.1 First Deposit Bonus

rm9 offers players a 150% bonus on their first deposit. The maximum bonus amount is 500,000 Ks.

3.2 Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus funds, the player must wager 15 times the bonus amount. Players can check their bonus status in the player dashboard.

• Winnings from a bonus can only be withdrawn after the wagering requirement has been met.
• If the wagering requirement is not met within the set timeframe, the bonus will be forfeited.
• rm9 may change bonus-related terms with prior notice.

3.3 Bonus Eligibility

If rm9 suspects that a player is deliberately abusing bonuses (for example, by hedging bets from opposing sides to extract bonus funds), the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

VIP Levels and Cashback Program

rm9's VIP program has 5 tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. The tier a player reaches is determined by rm9 based on their playing activity and deposit amounts.

The cashback amount is calculated based on the player's valid bets placed during that period. Cashback is credited to the account at a set time every week. Cashback funds are not bonus money, so no additional wagering requirement applies — however, rm9 reserves the right to change this agreement.

Player Conduct and Prohibited Activities

5.1 Strict Prohibitions

Players on the rm9 platform are prohibited from the following actions—

• Attempting to gain unfair winnings through software exploits, manipulation, or hacking
• Collusion and attempting to deceive the platform by acting in groups
• Arbitrage betting strategies used solely to exploit bonuses
• Lending, renting, or selling your account to a third party
• Opening an account with false information
• Attempting to engage in money laundering

5.2 Actions Taken on Violations

If a breach of this agreement is found, rm9 may take the following actions without prior notice—

• Temporary or permanent account suspension
• Freezing and/or cancellation of balance and/or bonus funds
• Voiding winnings obtained through illegitimate means
• Termination of communication

Limitation of Liability and Disclaimer

rm9 provides services on an "as-is" basis and cannot be held responsible in the following situations—

6.1 Technical Failures

rm9 is not liable for losses caused by server breaches, network outages, software errors, or issues with the player's own device.

6.2 Force Majeure Events

rm9 is not liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond its control — such as natural disasters, changes in national laws, or cyberattacks.

6.3 Player's Own Decisions

Gaming carries the risk of financial loss. Each player plays at their own discretion and responsibility, and rm9 is not liable for any financial losses arising from game outcomes, regardless of the amount.

Personal Data Protection

rm9 protects players' personal data using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption technology. rm9 does not share players' personal data with any third party, company, or organisation without prior consent — except where required by law.

Agreement Changes and Maintenance

rm9 reserves the right to amend this agreement at any time. Changes will be published on this page, and continued use of the platform after publication will be considered acceptance of those changes.

Players are advised to visit this page regularly and keep up with the latest updates. For significant unexpected changes, rm9 may notify players at their registered contact address — however, there is no obligation to do so.

8.2 Jurisdiction and Legal Matters

Any dispute relating to this agreement will be handled by rm9's investigation team after thoroughly reviewing the platform's service and communication records. The player must comply with rm9's decision, and any unexpected issues can be resolved by contacting customer support.
